1. General Policy At InfluencerPack.shop, we specialize in downloadable digital assets and AI-generated content. Due to the intangible nature of our products, they cannot be "returned" once they have been downloaded or accessed. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are considered final.
2. Why No Refunds? Unlike physical goods, digital assets (images, videos, prompt data) can be copied and stored indefinitely after purchase. To protect our intellectual property and the value of our community's assets, we maintain a strict no-refund policy to prevent abuse.
3. Eligible Exceptions We want you to be happy with your purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or exchange only under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Defect: The file you downloaded is corrupted, damaged, or technically unusable, and our support team is unable to provide you with a working replacement within 48 hours.
Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice using the same email address.
Non-Delivery: You were charged but never received the download link (and it is not in your Spam/Junk folder).
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios We do not issue refunds for the following reasons:
"Change of Mind": You decided you no longer need the product after buying it.
"Style Preference": You do not like the aesthetic style of the AI generation (please review the preview images carefully before purchasing).
"Lack of Expertise": You do not know how to use the files or lack the necessary software to open them (e.g., you don't know how to unzip a file).
"AI Artifacts": Minor imperfections inherent to AI generation technology (e.g., background blur, minor texture inconsistencies).
5. How to Request Support If you believe you qualify for an exception (e.g., a corrupted file), please contact us immediately.

6. Blockchain Transactions & Finality Purchases on InfluencerPack.shop are executed via direct interaction with blockchain networks (Web3).
Irreversibility: Once you connect your wallet and confirm the transaction, the execution is irreversible. The blockchain record serves as the final proof of purchase.
Gas Fees: You are responsible for all network transaction fees (gas) associated with the purchase. These fees are paid to the network miners/validators, not to us, and are non-refundable even if a transaction fails due to network congestion or insufficient gas limits set by your wallet.
Wallet Security: You are responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet connection. We are not liable for unauthorized purchases made from your connected wallet.
